FormsByAir does not keep form submission data. It's held temporarily during validation, workflow and delivery, and then permanently deleted subject to the Data Retention Period configured for your account — the default is 10 days.

When you log in, we use a cookie to store an access token for your account.
Session cookies (which are erased when you close your browser) may be used when authenticating with third-party services.
