This policy explains how Forms By Air Limited ("FormsByAir") handles information belonging to subscribers ("Publishers") of our online forms service ("Service").
FormsByAir stores the following information to enable you to use the Service:
FormsByAir does not keep form submission data. It's held temporarily during validation, workflow and delivery, and then permanently deleted subject to the Data Retention Period configured for your account — the default is 10 days.

We will never share user accounts, access tokens or form delivery metadata with anyone else unless required to do so by law or court order.
When you log in, we use a cookie to store an access token for your account.
Session cookies (which are erased when you close your browser) may be used when authenticating with third-party services.
Our public website and our own enquiry form also set Google Analytics cookies, described under Analytics and Advertising below. These are not used on forms our customers publish through the Service.
We use Google Analytics on our public website (formsbyair.com) and on our own sales enquiry form to understand how visitors find and use the site. Google Analytics sets cookies and collects information such as the pages you view, how you arrived at the site, your approximate location derived from your IP address, and your device and browser type. Google processes this information on our behalf under its own privacy policy, available at policies.google.com/privacy.
Where you reach our website from a Google advertisement, Google may also record that visit and any subsequent enquiry you submit so that we can measure the effectiveness of our advertising. We do not use this information to build advertising profiles of individuals, and we do not share it with other advertisers.
You can opt out of Google Analytics across all websites by installing Google's browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout, or by blocking cookies in your browser settings. Doing so does not affect your ability to use the Service.
FormsByAir does not respond to Do Not Track (DNT) browser headers.
Whenever you visit our website, we collect standard information sent by your browser, retained on a rolling basis. This may include your computer's Internet Protocol ("IP") address, browser type and version, the pages you visit, the date and time of your visit, the time spent on those pages, and other statistics.
We may use your email address to send you important notices relating to the Service. Newsletters and marketing or promotional material are sent on an opt-in basis only.
The Service contains links to sites that are not operated by us, particularly in relation to third-party delivery channels. If you follow a third-party link, you will be taken to that third party's site. We strongly advise you to review the privacy policy of every site you visit. FormsByAir has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies or practices of any third-party site or service.
