FormsByAir is a bit different to other online form services. We have a software platform for building and hosting forms, but we also do the work to convert and setup your forms for you.

The reason we do this is that creating good digital forms is not simply a case of replicating paper or PDF forms online. To get the best results we leverage our experience and best practice across your industry to produce smart forms that minimise the burden on form fillers, and maximise automation within your business.

Once your forms are in place you can maintain them directly via our portal, or continue to engage us for more complex changes as required.

Our pricing model is a combination of a recurring service fee to run forms on our platform, and one-off setup fees, which are a fraction of the cost of regular software development.

There are no fixed terms, you can cancel at any time, but setup fees and part-period service fees are not refundable.

Here's how the process works:


  1. You get in touch with a few details about your business, your forms, and the systems you want to integrate with.
  1. We'll come back with a quote for our service fee and the setup cost for your forms.
  1. If you agree to proceed we'll create an account for you and schedule the work to setup your forms, which generally occurs within a week or two.
  1. During the setup phase, we'll send through multiple iterations of your forms for review to make sure we're on the right track.
  1. Once the forms themselves are complete we'll configure any review/approval processes for submissions, automated emails, and data integrations with other systems.
  1. We'll then support you in testing the forms end-to-end to confirm everything works correctly.
  1. When you're ready to start using the forms we'll advise you on how to integrate them in to your workflow. We'll also invoice you for setup and the first recurring service fee.
